CILIP's AGM for 2009 was held at the The Brunei Gallery, The School of Oriental and African Studies, University of London on 15 October 2009.
The meeting was quorate and the following motions were passed:-
- That the minutes of the meeting held at the School of Oriental and African Studies, University of London, on Thursday 16th October 2008 be approved as a correct record
- That Kingston Smith LLP be appointed as auditors until the conclusion of the next AGM
- That the accounts signed by the Auditors be approved
- That a proposal from the Honorary Treasurer regarding CILIP subscription rates for 2010 be approved
The President advised the meeting that the announcement of the next Annual General Meeting would be notified to Members in the usual way.
