Reports to: Office of the President.

Terms of Reference:-

• To provide confidential advice to Members facing ethical problems at work
• To alert the President and the Institute to more general ethical issues as they emerge and promote a better understanding of professional ethics within the Institute; and
• To keep the Ethical Principles and Code of Professional Practice for Library and Information Professionals and the Institute's Ethics website under review and recommend changes when necessary.
