PDF symbolThis document is available in Adobe Acrobat's Portable Document Format (PDF). To view these documents you need to use a PDF file viewer such as Acrobat Reader from Adobe Systems Incorporated. Adobe provides help with accessibility to documents in PDF for the visually impaired.

Microsoft Word symbolThis document is available in Microsoft Word format. Users who don't have Word can download a Word viewer that allows them to view Word 2003 documents and documents created with previous versions of Microsoft Word.

Microsoft PowerPoint symbolThis document is available in Microsoft PowerPoint format. Users who don't have PowerPoint can download a PowerPoint viewer that allows them to view view presentations created in PowerPoint 97 and later versions.

Sound fileTo listen to an audio file you will need an audio player, a piece of software that can play audio files. The operating system on your computer should come pre-loaded with an audio player. If you do not have appropriate software loaded, try one of the players listed here: Windows Media Player, Quicktime, RealPlayer, iTunes and Winamp
