CILIP | Celebrating 5 years of CILIP

15 March 2007 – CILIP launches a year of special activity to mark the 70th anniversary of the Carnegie Medal and the 50th anniversary of the Kate Greenaway Medal.

16 March 2007 – The results of CILIP’s Life@work survey are published providing insight into the working lives of CILIP members and others working in LIS.

18 April 2007 – CILIP presents the 15th CILIP / LiS Libraries Change Lives Awards, which has become one of the highest accolades in the library and information calendar.

21 June 2007 - Philip Pullman's Northern Lights and Shirley Hughes' Dogger are voted the public's favourite CILIP Carnegie & Kate Greenaway winning books of all time.
