The Annual General Meeting was held at the Brunei Gallery, The School of Oriental and African Studies, University of London. Thornhaugh Street, Russell Square, London, on Thursday 26 October 2006 at 3.30pm.

The call for motions appeared in the Library and Information Gazette on 14 July 2006. The closing date for receipt of motions was 31 August 2006. No motions were received.
