Governance Implementation
At its meeting on 6 April 2006 CILIP Council agreed to set up a Governance Review Task Force to make recommendations on a governance structure for CILIP that is fit for purpose.
Derek Law, Chair of the Governance Review Task Force, presented the report of the Task Force to CILIP Council at their meeting on 7 December 2006. Council approved the report (with no Councillor voting against and only one abstaining) and agreed to set up an Implementation Group to develop the programme of change necessary to give effect to the recommendations of the report.
