Terms of Reference: 'To work with the Chief Executive and Management Team to produce a business model for CILIP on the basis that the Institute will generate an annual surplus while making adquate provision for contingency and capital expenditure.'
In its report to Council in December 2006, the Working Group commissioned two external reviews that took place during 2007: an in-depth review of the Framework of Qualifications and Accreditation and an ICT and Website Review.
In addition, a Review of Membership Engagement was conducted during early 2007, which examined CILIP's existing member services and resulted in a shift in priorities for the Institute, changes to working practices and an organisation restructure.
