Terms of Reference:
PACA formulates policy and initiates action on issues of preservation, conservation, security and heritage whether written, visual, printed, spoken or electronic. It has identified legal deposit and archiving, digital preservation, education and training (in preservation and conservation), disaster management in the cultural sector, conservation research, and building storage as priority areas of work. It is also revising the general policy statement on preservation and conservation.
