CILIP | Nomination Form for CILIP Honorary Fellowship

Nominations may be made by current individual members of CILIP or by any of the Branches and Groups of CILIP or any of the Committees, Boards and Panels of CILIP. Individual members can make only one nomination in each annual round. Nominations must be made in confidence, without the knowledge of nominees. Nominations will be considered only on the basis of the information provided on the Nomination Form.

Forms should be submitted by 1 June 2008.

The supporting information should relate explicitly to the eight criteria for Honorary Fellowships which are summarised in the call for nominations. Nominees are normally expected to meet at least two of these criteria.
