The winner of the award will be announced by Phil Beadle on 23 April 2008 at the Library + information Show, Theatre 1, Hall 11, NEC, Birmingham. The ceremony starts at 3pm and is open to all. Arrive promptly to ensure a seat as the venue is limited by capacity.
Anyone wishing to attend the ceremony needs to pre-register for the Library + information Show.
