Around the world on a library degree
Date: Tuesday 13 September 2005
Time: 6.30 pm
Venue: The Sekforde Arms, Sekforde Street, London EC1
Speaker: Phil Bradley, Internet Consultant
Phil Bradley has established a reputation as an online guru: he is well-known for his lectures, "tips" talks and his Update column. His book has become something of a classic in just a few years.
Phil will explain how he went from uninformed library school student to becoming a leading light in the Internet-training world. He will discuss his role as Internet Consultant and tell us what to look out for in the future, as well as where the Internet is moving.
CILIP in London evening meetings are free and open to all with a professional interest in the topic. Refreshments will be available afterwards. As space is limited, please let us know if you are coming. Contact Phillip Powell at Phillip@montanaroad.plus.com
