South East Branch
The South East branch was formed in April 2004 as a result of CILIP redrawing the boundaries of its branches in England, to ensure that they match those of the Regional Development Agencies (RDAs).
The South East Branch runs around London from Kent at the south east extremity along the coast to Hampshire, Southampton and Portsmouth in the south west, and then to Milton Keynes and Buckinghamshire in the North. Further information about the region is available from the Government Office for the South East and MLA websites.
Bursaries are available to CILIP members living, working or studying within the South East Branch to attend training events. All library and information-related events such as study days, workshops and conferences will be considered. Please see the CPD and Bursaries page for more information.
