Mentor training
A practical introduction to Mentoring, with a focus on enabling attenders to develop effectively as Mentors in the context of the CILIP Professional Development scheme. The morning session introduces the principles of Mentoring; the afternoon session outlines the CILIP scheme of Mentoring Certification and Chartership Candidates. This course is offered to registered Mentors; those considering registering as Mentors; and those who have attended previous Mentor training and would like to update their skills and knowledge about helping Candidates.
