Self-empowerment: being the best 'You' that you can be
The Affiliates and Leading Edge Training held a highly interactive on how to help you understand yourself better and set you on track to unlocking your full potential. We found that change needn't be scary if you understand your USP + how to step-up to the challenge of being the best that you can be.
Margaret and Lyndsay are both Directors of Leading Edge Training - an organisation with a collective 120 years experience in the library and information world.
This training session commenced with the Affiliates Annual General Meeting.
Leading Edge Training produced the attached document of the day which helped us to develop insight into our personal and professional personas, identify what matters to us and where we want to be and then helped us to begin the process of understanding ourselves better and be on track to unlocking future potential - through the use of magazine collages amongst other things!
