Staying positive in difficult times: Maintaining quality services

This year’s conference theme could hardly be more appropriate, as colleagues struggle to manage the seismic changes that are now confronting our services in both the FE and HE sectors. It has never been more important that we share our knowledge and expertise as we face the many challenges ahead.
