Call for proposals
Proposals are invitied from colleagues who have joined the profession, either through work or study, in the last 5 years.
First-time presenters, current LIS students and individuals from diverse backgrounds are especially encouraged to apply.
Prize for best paper
The prize for the best paper, as voted for by delegates on the day - £100 and a bottle of Sue Hill Fizz, generously sponsored by

Publication of papers
A selection of papers will be published in the professional journals.
Presentations
Help preparing the presentations and standard travel and accommodation expenses can be provided.

Deadlines:
Proposal abstracts (no longer than 300 words) must be submitted by 5pm on Friday 26th February 2010
Authors of accepted proposals will be contacted by Wednesday 31st March 2010
Full proposals must be submitted by Tuesday 1st June 2010
