CSG Membership survey

In 2009 CSG carried out a survey of their members. We wanted to find out who our members were and what sort of things they wanted CSG to do.

You can read the report below which includes a copy of the survey and the results. The CSG committe have been using the outcomes of the survey to guide our direction. The actions that will be taken are listed in the Membership Survey Improvement Plan and incorporated into our Service Plan.
