What can libraries do to help young people in recessionary times?

Record numbers of young people are now NEETs: Not in Education, Employment or Training, with one in five young people now jobless.  As the recession continues libraries must urgently address the needs of this disadvantaged group.

CILIP’s second NEETs Executive Briefing will seek to stimulate a culture change to enable all young people and to change preconceptions.
