The training event, led by Sheila Ritchie, will introduce you to the theory and practice of negotiating. If you deal with suppliers purchasing goods, services and equipment, or offer services yourself, these sessions will help you. The day covers simple negotiating, including preparation, planning and face‐to‐face practice.
