This introductory course will help people who identify that within their team, or organisation, there is a need for coaching skills to support and strengthen individuals in their performance and for their own personal development.  

Outcomes: At the end of this course participants will:
Understand the basics of coaching
Have practiced basic coaching skills
Have looked at the needs of leaders and their teams
Considered how coaching can be used to enhance their leadership skills and benefit their organisation
