PPRG Marketing Excellence Awards - Previous winners

Rewarding excellence & innovation in libraries

We know that promoting services is an essential role for librarians and information managers. Across the UK, CILIP Members and others are producing increasingly sophisticated marketing and publicity material and running innovative promotional campaigns, often with limited resources.

The Marketing Excellence Awards recognise and reward this valuable work that brings library services to new audiences and develops and publicises an extensive range of new activities to existing users.

So if you've got a publicity project you want to shout about, why not let us know about it?

What people have said about the PPRG Awards

“The awards always generate such a good amount of interest in the library industry and give me a legitimate chance to blow my team's own trumpet locally."

“The kudos of winning a national award has really helped draw attention to what we’ve been doing in libraries – and not just among our own customers and staff. Our service is held up as an example of good practice across the City Council and we’ve received enquiries about our work from library authorities across the UK.”

“The library sector is so creative in its approach to marketing and engaging new users. It’s really inspiring to read about the award winners and their projects and it’s great that they can be celebrated in this way.”
