Membership
Did you know?
You can now amend your own membership records using the My Profile section. Here you can edit details such as name, job title, personal contact details and employee sector as well as your Special Interest Group membership.
You can also check your professional grade, CILIP Yearbook entry, and the Branch you belong to.
You'll need to be a member of CILIP: the Chartered Institute of Library and Information Professionals to join the Rare Books and Special Collections Group, and as a member you have the option to belong to 2 Special Interest Groups free of charge. You can join more than just 2 Groups, but this involves a small additional charge.
So if you want to become a member of the RBSCG, then join CILIP and select it as one of your 2 free Special Interest Groups of CILIP. You'll receive the Group's newsletter 3 times a year as well as notice of other events and issues of interest, and access to a professional network that covers the entire UK.
