Fiona Wilkes (Chair & Acting Treasurer)

Fiona is currently Librarian at Wolfson College, a graduate College of the University of Oxford, where she targets services to meet the needs of a diverse research community. Formerly, she was Assistant Librarian at Merton College, Oxford, managing the day to day running of the undergraduate library. Her first job was as a Senior Library Assistant managing the European Documentation Centre at the Bodleian Law Library and participating in the provision of law library reference services.

Anna Barefoot (UC&R National Committee Liaison)

Anna is an Information Specialist at Cranfield University's Barrington Library located at the College of Management and Technology, Defence Academy of the United Kingdom. In this role she provides defence management information subject support and information skills training to staff, researchers and masters students. Anna is part of the Cranfield University team that develops AERADE (Aerospace and Defence Internet information portal and has co-authored the Intute Internet for Aeronautical Engineers Virtual Training Suite Tutorial.

Sally Jones (CILIP in the Thames Valley Liaison)

Sally is Assistant Librarian at St Catherine’s College, Oxford University’s youngest mixed (undergraduate and graduate) college. Here she deals with all aspects of reader services in the library as well as having responsibility for the College Archive. She has also worked at Brookes and Oxford University’s Taylor Institution Library. Her first library post was at University College London, where she went on to do her Library MA. She achieved chartered status last year. Her role is to provide a link with the local branch group, CILIP in the Thames Valley, of which she is Treasurer.
