All Change
'Change' is everywhere. 'Change' is the future.
Change management theories are everywhere - managers' talk
incessantly about Change Imperatives and more organisations
are employing Change Managers. But is 'change' really quite
so new or different? In this presentation, Natalie explored
the reality of change in general and in UK ILL to date.
Natalie also looked at the likely future change in the library
environment; the key drivers which will influence the future
direction, and how well positioned the UK ILL infrastructure
is to respond.
