Synopsis

After discussing and establishing the main elements and indicators of good performance in interlibrary loans, the workshop will focus on some of these areas and the ‘barriers’ that get in the way of delivery. Areas of discussion will include ease of access, range of material offered, the speed of supply, costs, management, and customer satisfaction.
