You the experts: an exchange of experience workshop
NEIL DALLEY is Document Delivery Co-ordinator
at Reading University Library with responsibility for the
strategic management of interlending and document delivery
services across the three sites of the University Library.
He is heavily involved in the day-to-day work of ILL at
the University’s Main Library. Neil is Honorary Secretary
of the Forum for Interlending.
Synopsis
What problems and opportunities for development
have you faced in the past year? How did you solve them?
Did others experience the same situations? How did they
cope, and what solutions did they come up with? The workshop
will give you an opportunity to share with each other the
expertise that you have developed in interlending. Delegates
themselves are probably the best experts there are, but
we don’t often hear from each other, now is the time to
share your wisdom with others and to hear, in turn, their
good ideas.
