FIL held an "away day" FIL@BLDSC
on Friday 31st October 2003, organised with
the generous collaboration and co-operation of BLDSC's Customer
Services Department. The programme was a varied one:

Pennie Street (University of Liverpool) talked about
the work of IFLA. Pennie is the FIL representative on
IFLA and Secretary to the IFLA Section on Document Delivery
and Interlending.
