11th Interlending and Document Supply (ILDS) Conference,
Hannover, Germany. October 20th – 22nd, 2009
Message from the FIL Committee
The Committee would like to nominate and sponsor a FIL member
to attend this year's ILDS Conference on behalf of The Forum
for Interlending. The conference will be held in Hannover
in October. See the web site www.ilds2009.de

and Partnerships in Interlending and Document Supply
and topics will include:

This should provide a valuable opportunity for FIL to maintain
and expand its involvement with worldwide interlending issues,
as well as providing an exciting opportunity for the individual
concerned. All FIL members are invited to put their names
forward. Obviously you’ll need to check with your employer
beforehand to ensure that they would be happy to permit you
to take time off work to attend the conference, which runs
from Tuesday October 20th to Thursday October 22nd (and you’ll
need to allow for an extra day for travelling.)
If you are nominated, your expenses (conference fees, travel,
accommodation and meals) will be paid by FIL. All we ask in
return is for you to attend a FIL committee meeting after
the event and report back to us. We will also ask you to write
a piece on the Conference for the Newsletter.

The closing date for nominations is March 20th, 2009.
If a tiebreaker is needed, we will draw names out of a hat
if necessary.
