1. A Unique Relationship - This would briefly outline HPSS & QUB with an overview of its structures, The Service Level Agreement demonstrating the relationship between the university and the HPSS.

2. Synergies and Conflicts - This would look at the benefits and conflicts of the HPSS/QUB relationship - resource sharing, strategic planning, equity of access, IT issues, and influencing HPSS strategy.
