Literacy for Foundation Degrees: a blended learning approach
Foundation
Direct is one of two CETLs at the University of Portsmouth. A cross-University
team (which includes a librarian) has been working collaboratively
on making online materials available for students on Foundation
Degrees, including a section on 'Finding information'. This session
will look at the process of collaboration; topics for inclusion
in such a unit; transferability of the existing units to health
related courses and how to engage Foundation Degree students with
information literacy
