Abstract

Sourcing quality patient information

The workshop will outline why patient information is on the agenda for health librarians, why patients want information and what types of information they require. Key resources will be discussed and examples of good quality websites provided with a chance for participants to feedback on resources that they use.  There will also be the opportunity to look at quality issues and how to appraise a leaflet or website.

This workshop is shared with Sarah Greening and Mary Last
