Information
The
size of each stand is 6m2 (3m x 2m). No shell scheme is provided
allowing opportunities for exhibitors to bring pop-up stands or
equivalent promotional materials. Naturally if 6m2 is not
sufficient space for you, then you reserve more than one area.
Please note the Lower Hall is carpeted throughout.

Package
For
the cost of your exhibition stand, £500 + VAT you will receive
the following:
- An
area measuring 3m x 2m
- One
6' x 2' 6" trestle table with cloth and chairs
- A
50 word entry and logo in the Conference Handbook
- Your
company description and logo on the website
- Opportunity
for two people to fully participate in the Conference sessions
free of charge
