Biography 

John is a partner in Kentwood Associates, a consultancy working in the cultural and heritage sectors. He has worked with about 40 library services in the UK and overseas. He is Chair of MLASE and was formerly Chair of the Advisory Council on Libraries. John previously worked in local government, latterly as Head of the Paid Service for Berkshire County Council.
