Delegate
Descriptions
Full
Time Residential Delegate - This category includes all
conference sessions; two nights hotel accommodation and all meals
from lunch on Wednesday through to lunch on Friday at The De Vere
Grand Harbour; social events; library visits; and free use of all
hotel facilities.
Early
Arrival Delegates - This category includes all the above
as well as bed and breakfast at The De Vere Grand Harbour on Tuesday
10 October.
Accompanying
Persons are those sharing a room with a delegate but NOT
taking part in the conference. The price includes all the
above except for the conference. No reductions
will be given for meals or activities not taken.

Hour Residential Delegate (available at the Holiday Inn only) -
This category includes one day at the conference; one night bed
and breakfast at the Holiday Inn ; lunch; beverages; dinner; social
event; library visit (if applicable); free use of the hotel's facilities.
Non
Residential Delegates - This category includes the conference
sessions for the relevant day/s; lunch; library visits (if applicable).
Dinner is optional and incurs an extra charge.

and Conditions
Submission
of a registration constitutes a firm booking; provisional bookings
are not accepted.
Rooms
at The De Vere Grand Harbour are only available to those delegates
staying a minimum of two nights to include both Wednesday 11 October
and Thursday 12 October.
It
is regretted that all fees are non-refundable but substitutions
can be made at any time. Delegates are advised to insure themselves
against non-attendance loss.
