Diana Edmonds  

Biography:Diana Edmonds has managed library services in the London Borough of Haringey since July 2001, initially as the Managing Director of Instant Library Ltd – and subsequently as an employee of Haringey Council. Since 2001 the library service has changed from a “No Stars” organisation with “no hope of improvement” to one described recently by David Lammy as a “perfect service for the residents of the Borough”. Diana has recently been awarded an MBE for services to Local Government in North London.
