Who can take part?

Middle managers working in public libraries that want to enhance their professional and personal development.

What do I have to do?

Simply tell us in not more than 300 words why winning the award would make a difference to your personal development.

Are there any rules?

Yes, as well as working in a middle management post. You have to be a member of the Public Libraries Group. You must be available to attend the PLA Conference. You must be a resident in the UK.
