Jayne Hathway

Jayne Hathway is a founder director of 2QAB Community Interest Company. 2QAB work with a broad variety of community activists and grass roots organisations, to support them in building their capacity to bring about positive change for themselves and those around them, in the way that they want. In practical terms this means that they provide a variety of services (which are adapted according to each individual's or organisation's needs) and which include coaching support, training opportunities, capacity building, networking and signposting, support with funding and income generation, business start up advice etc. A passionate advocate of self directed volunteering, Jayne has around twenty years' experience of the voluntary and community sector and has been political (with a small p) for as long as she can remember. She is a keen reader of classic and modern fiction, history and current affairs; Jayne is an enthusiastic if average cook, and the owner of a small, untrainable dog.
