Biography

Richard is Assistant Director of Knowledge and Learning at IdeA. He leads the Agency's on-line services: IdeA Knowledge and IdeA Learning Pool. IdeA Knowledge is the primary local government website for information and contacts on what's going on in local government. Learning Pool is a new peer-to-peer e-learning service for local authorities providing high quality e-learning content and on-line community facilities.
