Chris Smith is the Director of Clore Leadership Programme; MP for Islington South & Finsbury; Secretary of State for Culture, Media & Sport 1997 - 2001; Member of Committee on Standards in Public Life; Visiting Professor in Culture and the Creative Industries at the London Institute, Chairman of the Wordsworth Trust and Chairman of the Donmar Warehouse Theatre.

Leadership in Libraries: Lessons from the Clore Leadership Programme

Abstract

Chris will discuss issues of leadership in the library sector, and cultural sector more generally, as well as the role the Clore Leadership Programme hopes to play.
