Page summary
One of the most sensitive issues that line managers have to deal with is the problem of unpleasant body odours or bad breath. Matters tend to come to light following complaints from other members of the team, who may have tried and failed to resolve the issue themselves. The problem needs to be tackled promptly rather than ducking the issue.
