Caren Milloy

Biography: Caren Milloy is currently managing the JISC National E-books Observatory project and working on a number of other projects and licensing agreements for JISC Collections. Since joining in 2002, Caren has negotiated several successful agreements such as the ACLS Humanities E-books Collection, Oxford Reference Online, Oxford Scholarship Online, Institute of Civil Engineers Virtual Archive and Art Abstracts and Full Text. Caren has also managed a number of projects for JISC Collections including the Hairdressing Training evaluation project in partnership with DfES, the BAILII Open Law project, and the FE Exemplars project. In 2007, Caren co-editied the JISC Images Book ‘ Digital Images in Education' and is now (as a part time distance learner) writing her Masters dissertation on promoting e-tetxbooks.
