As
Head of Records Service and Departmental Records Officer, Marlize
manages the Service in support of the Welsh Assembly Government
at all its locations. This includes improving the services to meet
customer needs whilst ensuring that records practices effectively
meet statutory and other obligations and requirements Her aim is
to lead the Welsh Assembly Government in delivering best practice
in record keeping and records management. She provides the necessary
expert input to a project to develop and implement a new electronic
and records management system, which complies with international
standards and will result in improvements to the efficiency and
effectiveness of records management across the organisation.
