Diana Edmonds

Biography:   Diana Edmonds has extensive experience of designing libraries which work for the people who use them. For a number of years, Diana was the Managing Director of Instant Library Ltd and designed the interiors of libraries for private sector clients such as London Underground Ltd, Thames Water and Readers' Digest.  More recently, Diana has focussed on public libraries. She currently works as the Assistant Director responsible for Culture, Libraries and Learning in the London Borough of Haringey and has transformed libraries in the Borough into places which customers clearly enjoy using. In this context, Diana also worked with the neighbouring Waltham Forest Library Service on the programme of major refurbishments recently undertaken on libraries in the Borough.

Organised by CILIP: the Chartered Institute of Library and Information Professionals.
