Biography 

Mark has 20 years experience of delivering business transformation and change management to clients in both Commercial and Public sectors. In recent years, Mark has focused on supporting Local Government clients to successfully realise the business benefits from changes to systems, processes & organisation in a broad range of service areas, including Libraries.

Abstract: Change Management in a dynamic Library sector
