Abstract
- After what will have been a full and technology-filled day, Fiona
O'Brien will take the opportunity to sit back with you and muse
on the human side of the business of running a library service and
how RFID may help librarians and their customers get more out of
their library.
She will consider what might be learnt from other services
and commercial enterprises in terms of delivering exceptional customer
care and how RFID fits in with that – it ain't what you do it's the
way that you do it….
