Everybody has the right to be treated with dignity at work. Workplace bullying is intimidating or persecuting a person or group of employees, which results in the victims’ performance being undermined. Bullying can take many forms, including open aggression, threats, shouting, abuse, ridicule, excessive supervision, and constant criticism.
