CILIP, through C2 Careers, a service from the Careers Group, University of London, offers bespoke career advice for individual members at any stage in their career.
C2 Careers does not offer generic solutions; they have the experience and expertise to deliver individually tailored advice. Whether you are just starting out, aiming to progress in your current career, or looking to change, C2 Careers can offer you the support you need.
CILIP members can benefit from two free sessions with a careers adviser per year. This can take place via email, phone or a combination of the two. This service normally costs £47 per query. Any additional sessions will be charged to you.
If you would like to receive e-advice then send C2 Careers your question and they will get back to you with a personal response within two working days.
Alternatively you can arrange a telephone appointment; C2 Careers will schedule a time when you can talk to an adviser for thirty minutes. Prior to this session you will be asked to complete a short questionnaire to outline your query. This allows the careers adviser to prepare and individually tailor the session for you.
