The National Library of Scotland has kindly given us permission to use their training programme as an example for other employers to draw on when designing training for Chartership candidates.
This programme balances the support offered by an employer and the input needed by the candidate and their mentor to address the Chartership criteria of assessment. Different employers and organizations will have varying approaches but the National Library of Scotland's programme (word 55.5KB) is a good reference point.
