Mentor Scheme and lists of mentors

The mentor is an essential role in CILIP’s framework of qualifications. They are not expected to run training events or instruct the candidates but to help them realize their own potential through encouragement and direction.

"mentor n. experienced and trusted adviser or guide” Oxford English Dictionary.

Candidates and mentors should read the Mentor Scheme Guidelines closely.

If you are already a mentor and would like to give Chartership candidates more information about yourself then you can use the Communities of Practice.
