UNICEF UK raises funds and promotes awareness of UNICEF’s work as the world’s leading development organisation working for children. Information management is crucial to ensuring that colleagues have the right information and assets when they need them. Our voluntary interns support this work by assisting with the cataloguing and promotion of resources including images and video, funding proposals, project reports and information on our international programmes; resources which are all in high demand.  Interns can help others use our online collections, update our intranet and research information sheets. We are particularly keen to manage the story assets that come from the field. Training will be given. We recruit twice annually for one or two Resources Interns. Each placement lasts from 3 to 6 months and we ask for commitment to 2 or 3 days per week. We will subsequently provide a reference to potential employers. We reimburse reasonable travel costs (Greater London equivalent) and cover lunch expenses.

Please see our website to see if there are current vacancies. Due to the high demand, we operate a formal selection process to ensure equal opportunity and fairness.
